We want every order from Thread & Crumb LLC to arrive safe, sound, and ready to bring warmth into your home. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Shipping

  • Processing Time
    Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons (holidays, launches, or sales), processing times may be longer.

  • Carriers
    We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Delivery Times
    Shipping times vary by location. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our control.

  • Shipping Costs
    Calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and small-batch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, scent preference, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be happy with your order, so if your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (product + packaging).

  3. We’ll work with you to rectify the situation — which may include a replacement or store credit.

⚠️ Important: Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If this occurs, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier. We’ll gladly assist with documentation if needed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
