All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, transit times may vary. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or an error on our part—please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@threadandcrumb.com and we’ll make it right.
